We have a 7-day exchange policy on all program orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your program to request an exchange. We are currently not processing returns/exchanges on International orders.

Due to the nature of digital delivery we are unable to offer complete refunds on digital products. Once they have been delivered there is no way for us to ensure you no longer have access to the program upon refund. Therefore we are offering program exchanges, to be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@girlgetyourbodyfit.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll confirm with you via email.

If you are requesting an exchange for a program that is more than the dollar amount you originally paid, it will be requested that you pay the remainder.

If you are requesting an exchange for a program that is less than the dollar amount you originally paid, a refund of the difference will be issued to the card on file.
